Home has been vacant for over 2 years. Front grass is 2 feet tall and beginning to dry, which is a fire hazard. Large weeping willow tree in front yard is dead and split in half...with one half falling on neighbors yard this past winter. Branches from tree have been piled up in front yard, another fire hazard.

Learn About Mortgage Offenders

Over 6 million hardworking American families will loose their homes this year to banks that were bailed out with $785 billion of tax payer money – your money. Yet, some of these banks that shamelessly received billions of dollars of tax-payer bailouts are unwilling to help the very tax payers whose money they now profit from, thereby forcing many homeowners into foreclosure!

These are not just numbers. These are real people; they are our neighbors, friends, and family members.   Efforts to MODIFY or RESTRUCTURE some of these mortgages are meeting stiff resistance from banks and mortgage companies, who want to profit from the Bailout money, and from foreclosing people’s homes, notwithstanding what they have earned from all the payments made on these homes so far.  (if all this text cannot fit in the first page, then use the 1st 2 paragraphs and then create a link that would take the reader to another page where they can read the rest of this text below)

Until now, there was no outlet for Americans to share their experiences with their mortgage Lenders with others. What does your bank or Mortgage Lender say or do when you contact them to modify the terms of your mortgage to make it affordable so you don’t lose your home?
